<p>2) Type this in the address bar and let the page reload:</p>

<p>3) The reader will now remove the &#8220;People you follow&#8221; section and any shared items from your friends.</p>

<p>There is a nice little trick (or hidden feature) on <a href="http://images.google.com/" target="_blank">Google Image Search</a> that allows you to search images of specific resolution size and filetype.  Using this technique, we can search for the right image our desktop wallpaper.  This can be achieved by using the <em>imagesize </em>and <em>filetype </em>search parameter.</p>
<p>For example:</p>
