<p>Here&#8217;s a fun and cheap project of using (recycling) paper cups and a pair of spare earphones to make your own speakers.  All you need to do is to cut a cross (X) at the base of the paper cup, insert the ear-buds, and you&#8217;re done!  For the speaker holder, I simply place it on top of another paper cup, but you can use a toothpick/sticky tape to attach them together.</p>

<p>The sound amplification wasn&#8217;t very big, only audible when increasing my sound volume to max levels.  I suggest positioning the speakers closer to your ears and playing it in a quiet office environment.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been on a green tea diet recently.   Its great!</p>
<p>There are so many benefits of drinking green tea:<br />

<p>Thats why i drink at least 3 cups per day: to keep me &#8220;awake&#8221; from those idle times at work!<br />
