Green Tea

There are so many benefits of drinking green tea:
- Contain powerful antioxidants, these are good for fighting virus, slow ageing etc
- Reduce risk of cancer, kill cancer cells
- Lowers bad cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, hence reduce risk of heart disease
- Effective remedy for arthritis, cardiovascular disease, immune deficiencies
- Antibacterial properties, good for cold/flu recovery
- Weight loss, reduce stress
- etc etc
The bad side?
Caffiene
Thats why i drink at least 3 cups per day: to keep me “awake” from those idle times at work!
So why not drink a cup or two.
